I've known Carolina Underwriters and the Family since 1994.  They have the same "culture" as we do at my office which includes a deeply caring, "hands-on" approach, local presence and family feel.  Speaking of "hand-on"...I am extremely busy (as we all are) however yesterday, Julie Carpenter, went above and beyond!  She actually always goes "above and beyond" however yesterday she was so helpful right when I needed it, and these are the times that matter!  While trying to multi-task a billion things, I had a bill due that was nearing cancellation because the Mortgage Company I'm with didn't escrow enough money.  Julie offered to jump right in and take care of this for me.  She paid my bill with a credit card I had on file with them.  Many of you know that feeling you get when 1 more item is now off your list, when you had no idea how you would get to it that day.
